Veterinary Clinic is owned and operated by Dr. Kelly Trichel Hudspeth, DVM. Dr. Kelly Hudspeth graduated
from Harrisonburg High School and received a BA degree at Louisiana Tech University. After teaching and coaching at the
junior high and high school in Jonesville, Louisiana; she attended LSU- Alexandria before being accepted into the Louisiana
State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1988. In 1992, Dr. Hudspeth received the Caring Doctor Award presented by
SCAVMA Auxiliary. This recipient of this award was selected by staff, teachers, and fellow students for the senior student
with the most devotion and compassion in the field of veterinary medicine. After graduation 1992, Dr. Hudspeth became a part
of Catahoula Veterinary Clinic which has been in business since 1992. Providing good service is Catahoula Veterinary
Clinic's main goal. Although our services are client-oriented, our patients come first. Your pets (our patients) are our passion.
We offer conventional medical services, preventive medicine, surgical procedures, and some intergrative medicine. Catahoula
Veterinary Clinic has a small animal hyperbaric chamber available to all small animal patients. Dr. Hudspeth also offers
equine acupuncture. We are always searching for new methods to improve health and quality of life without side effects. We
have some exciting new products!
